3 Things all sellers want to know…

(1) How much do you cost? My services cost 5%. I usually pay 2.4% of that to a buyer’s agent.

(2) How long will it take? My 2009 current average for selling homes is 34 days (excludes foreclosures). Every home is a different challenge but I work very hard for my sellers to make it as easy as possible for them.

(3) What are you going to do for me? I want your home to be the best. I bring in 7 professional services and pay for these services out of my own pocket. These include photographer, appraiser (measuring), cleaner, carpet cleaner, website designer, stager, and landscaper. I also have a lot of innovative ways of getting better feedback, and more showings.
